DAY OF COORDINATION

This package is for brides who have already completed all her wedding planning processes and needs help with the final details and coordination of the ceremony and reception party.

• Complimentary initial consultation

• Availability phone and email during business hours (9:00 am - 5:00 pm) Monday ~ Friday

• Production of a detailed wedding day itinerary 

• Prepare a schedule/timeline and checklists

• Confirmation of all wedding vendors 

• Confirm vendors arrangements; check the delivery dates, arrival times, quantities of rentals, etc.

• Answer etiquette questions

• Collect/ Coordinate final payment for specific vendors

• Collect wedding items such as marriage license, quest signing item, cake knife, cake topper, toasting flutes, favors, candles, programs, place cards, etc. (before wedding or day of the rehearsal)

• Wedding rehearsal before wedding day (1 hour)

• Coordinate wedding ceremony (2 hours)

• Coordinate cocktail hour & reception (6 hours set up through cake cutting)

• Use of Bridal Emergency Kit
